Privacy Policy

Welcome to ZyroApps ("we," "our," or "us"). We are a Google Play developer that builds innovative mobile and web applications for businesses and individuals worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you download or use any of our applications (collectively, the "Apps").

By installing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use our Apps.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration details (name, email, username, password)
• Profile information and user-generated content
• Support communications, feedback, and survey responses
• Payment information (processed via Google Play Billing — we never store card numbers)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, Android Advertising ID (AAID), hardware model, screen resolution, language
• Usage Data: Features used, session duration, in-app events, crash logs, ANR reports, performance telemetry
• Log Data: IP address, timestamps, app version, referring source
• Location Data: Approximate location inferred from IP; precise GPS only if explicitly granted
• Network Information: Wi-Fi / mobile carrier, connection type

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Analytics and attribution providers (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
• Advertising networks (see Section 5 for full list)
• Social login providers (Google Sign-In, Facebook Login) if used
• Google Play regarding purchase history and entitlements

2.4 Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as health records, financial account numbers, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric identifiers, unless explicitly disclosed in a specific App and consented to by you.

• Personalize your experience and deliver relevant content
• Process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts
• Send administrative communications (updates, security alerts, policy changes)
• Respond to support inquiries and provide customer service
• Send marketing and promotional communications (opt-out available at any time)
• Analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and develop new features
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements via ad partners
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Fulfill any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection with your consent

Our lawful bases for processing (GDPR) include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, support, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements
• Advertising Partners: Ad networks in Section 5 to deliver, measure, and optimize ads
• Analytics Providers: To understand App usage and improve performance
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified before data is transferred
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit prior consent

Our Apps may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies, SDKs, and device identifiers (such as AAID) to collect information and show relevant ads. Each network operates under its own privacy policy.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. Our general-audience Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable digital consent age in your country).

Apps in our portfolio designed for children comply with Google Play's Families Policy and only use Google Play-certified advertising SDKs for children's apps. Behaviorally targeted advertising is never shown to child-directed audiences.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, contact us at admin@zyroapps.com and we will delete such information promptly.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

Lawful Bases for Processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For advertising, analytics, and marketing communications
• Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide App functionality and process purchases
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): For fraud prevention, security, and service improvement
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To comply with applicable law

Your GDPR Rights

• Right of Access: Obtain a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your data
• Right to Restriction: Restrict processing in certain circumstances
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: With your national supervisory authority (e.g., ICO – UK, DPC – Ireland)

We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant with IAB TCF 2.2. We respond to rights requests within 30 days.

California residents have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA:

• Right to Know: What personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
• Right to Correct: Correct inaccurate personal information we hold
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell data; sharing with ad networks for cross-context behavioral advertising may qualify as "sharing" — opt out via device ad settings
• Right to Limit Sensitive Information Use
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate for exercising your rights

Submit a verifiable consumer request to admin@zyroapps.com. We respond within 45 days. We do not share data with third parties for their own direct marketing (California "Shine the Light" law).

If you are in Brazil, you are protected by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) (Law No. 13.709/2018). We process your data based on consent, legitimate interests, or contract performance. You have the right to access, correct, anonymize, block, delete, and port your data, and may revoke consent at any time. Complaints may be lodged with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

For Canadian users, we comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws (PIPA Alberta/BC, Quebec Law 25). We obtain meaningful consent, allow access and correction of personal information, and protect data with appropriate safeguards. Unresolved complaints may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

• Account Data: While active and up to 2 years after account deletion
• Analytics Data: Aggregated/anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
• Advertising Data: Per each ad network's own retention policies
• Legal/Financial Records: Up to 7 years as required by law
• Support Communications: Up to 3 years

When data is no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• Secure hosting with strict access controls and firewalls
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing
• Employee training on data privacy and security
• Incident response procedures and breach notification processes

Our Apps may link to or integrate third-party services not operated by us. Key integrations include:

• Google Play Services – Privacy Policy
• Firebase SDK – Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In / Facebook Login SDKs
• All ad network SDKs listed in Section 5

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access via our Apps. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers outside your country of residence. For EU/EEA data transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), EU adequacy decisions, and the UK IDTA for UK transfers. By using our Apps, you consent to such transfers.

• Account Information: Update or correct your details in App settings
• Marketing Emails: Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email
• Push Notifications: Disable via your device's notification settings
• Location Access: Revoke location permission in your device's app settings
• Delete Account: Request deletion by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and notify you via in-app notification or email for material changes. Where required by law, we will obtain renewed consent. Your continued use of our Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
